2Quantify impact wherever possible. "Grew pipeline by 40%" beats "helped grow pipeline".
3Keep it to one page if under 8 years experience. Two pages maximum, ever.
4Mirror the exact language from the JD — ATS systems scan for keyword matches.
5Put your most recent and relevant role first. Recruiters spend 7 seconds on a first scan.
